Terms and Conditions

Cleaning times: We do our best to be prompt and meet the cleaning time indicated, but traffic and other clients may affect our schedule. If your scheduled cleaners are going to be more than 15 minutes late, K.M. Cleaning Service Co will contact you. We set up an hour and a half arrival time window for each cleaning as we can not guarantee an exact arrival time unless you are the first client of the day (9:00 AM.) If no arrival time is indicated, then the cleaning will be completed between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. When possible please allow for an open time frame rather than an exact arrival time; the cleaners will appreciate your flexibility 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list lose the opportunity to receive services. 

Payment Policy: Payment is due on the day of service 

Late Fee: Overdue payments are subject to a late fee of $40.00 fee 

Pet Fee: There is a $25.00 pet fee, which is only required for the initial cleaning if you plan on scheduling weekly or bi-weekly cleanings.  

Cancellation: Cancelling 24 HRS before a service is subject to a full refund of deposit. Cancelling after the 24 HRS/day of results in no deposit returned. 

Holiday: Extra $50.00 fee 

Quality: K.M. Cleaning Service Co guarantees workmanship 100%. If unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will be more than happy to return to your home and address any areas of concern 

Equipment & Supplies: K.M. Cleaning service Co uses high-quality, tested, and approved cleaning supplies, including a professional-strength vacuum cleaner with a strong filter, to clean your home. However, if you own special products that you would like to have used on particular

surfaces, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please contact us to discuss prior to your cleaning so we can pass the information along to our cleaning team. 

Damaged/broken items: Our cleaners are rigorously trained to treat your home and valuables with tender love and care; but accidents do happen. In the event something is broken, or damaged, cleaners are instructed to make you aware of the accident; the manager will provide a plan of action. Clients have a 24-hour window from the service to notify us of any damages. We will not be held responsible for any claims made past the 24 hours.
